This is the 32 bit ultra rare version of the Best Of Windows Entertainment Pack(Runs on 64 bit OSes), It includes several classic games like:
Cruel, Freecell, Golf, Pegged, Reversi, Snake, Solitaire, Taipei, Tictactics, Minesweeper
This Microsoft Entertainment Pack Will Run on 64 bit Operating systems, as it is the 32 bit version and not 16 bit, you'll notice it doesn't have some notable games like chips challenge, that is because Microsoft never finished this pack.
This was originally supposed to come with Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 but it was not included in the final version.

32 bits alternative for Taipei (clone)
As noted previously by an other user, the version of Taipei in this archive is very different from the original version.
A few years ago I made a clone of the original version of Taipei, it's available here:
https://github.com/tDavidM/Taipei/releases/latest
The source code is also available, I hope it helps anyone in the future.

This is real, the person below me is wrong
This is the pack that microsoft was initially going to put into Windows 2000 and NT that got leaked from the source code, so as a result it doesn't have every game that the full BOWEP had, notably missing are chips challenge, pipe dream, jezzball, fujigolf, game of life, rodents revenge
but this is as good as we will get unless someone makes a custom wrapper for the remaining games
skifree isn't included because it wasn't from the leak, though you can grab a 32 bit version of skifree online.

Not BOWEP
Doesn't include titles like Jezzball. That was the reason I was looking for it. 1 star because it has some of the titles but you'd think someone capable of uploading this would be smart enough to label it correctly. Simply misleading.

The Taipei version is different
I have the original entertainment pack games on a virtual win95. The 32 bit version of Taipei is not like the one from the WEP. For starters, there is only 1 tile setup, unlike the from the WEP, which there are multiple setups you can choose. Also the 32 bit one at the start screen says "version 2.0". The one in the WEP says "version 4.0"
Though there is one thing you can do on the 32 bit one that you can't on the WEP version, and that is the ability to select help, then peek, then select a tile and it will show you the next few tiles underneath the one you clicked on.
So in conclusion yes most of the 32 bit ones are like their 16 bit ones, Taipei is different from the others.
